VID-SMITH digital video production was founded in Bellingham, Washington in 2000. We are small by design, with the majority of production work done by owner & principal Lars Kongshaug. and have developed a reputation for providing creative solutions along with fast, flexible, and friendly service. The majority of our clientele are repeat customers; you can read some of their comments here

Owner & principal Lars Kongshaug has been working professionally in film, television and video production since 1983. He started his career in industrial film production, then spent 10 years as a producer, writer and editor with CBS News in New York. Clients have included KNBC Los Angeles, AT&T, and Comcast, where Lars received an Emmy® nomination for videography. In 2009 Vid-smith won a Telly Award for one of the series of online videos Lars directed and produced for Bellingham Technical College.

VID-SMITH digital video production was founded in Bellingham, Washington in 2000, but our experience goes back more than 25 years. We are small by design, providing thoughtful, professional, and friendly service for projects both large and small. We produce informational, marketing & educational videos, TV commercials, website videos, and event/presentation coverage.
